Smoking chamber KW40
The smoking chamber is designed for smoking fish, meat and meat products, it is perfectly suited for small fryers and catering outlets, also located in the open air.
The chamber's construction is made of stainless steel. Smokehouse is equipped with a built-in smoke generator with a removable smokebox drawer, which facilitates cleaning and dosing of the right amount of wood chips.
The housing has thermal insulation made of hard mineral wool, which provides excellent thermal insulation. The door is equipped with a hardened glass and a silicone gasket that guarantees tightness of the chamber.
Two LED lamps are mounted in the side walls of the chamber, which facilitates the observation of the smoking process.
The controller with a touch panel makes it easier to manage the smoke machine. It allows you to set the right temperature and working time, manage the lighting of the smokehouse and start the quenching process.
The sounder informs about the end of the smoking process. Heater with a fan allows you to quickly get the right temperature in the chamber.
The smoke machine has been equipped with trays for trays or for smoking hooks and a baffle thanks to which we can regulate the dose of air needed to light up smoking chips.
