Smoking chamber KW60
The smoking chamber is a device made to order in GASTRO SERWIS taking into account the individual needs of our client. Most of the smokehouses are for the manufactory that can be a small gastronomy, hotel restaurants or cold meat shops focused on their own production of high quality smoke products from various types of meat or fish, whose aim is to acquire a remarkable client with a sublime taste. Smoke can be installed in the garden space, passage, to arouse the interest of customers in the aroma of smoked dishes. Thanks to the turbine, which extracts smoke from the chamber in a few minutes, the smokehouse can also be installed indoors. Smokehouse is equipped with:
- Smoke generator with a removable basket for smoking chips, which makes it easier to clean and dispense the right amount of wood chips
- Door made of hardened glass with silicone gasket ensuring tightness of the chamber
- Heaters with fans that allow you to quickly obtain the right temperature in the chamber
- LED lighting on the side wall of the chamber
- Microprocessor controller enabling programming of temperature and working time
